The Sting Movie Story
After the murder of a mutual friend, ambitious con man Johnny Hooker (Robert Redford) teams up with ex-pro Henry Gondorff (Paul Newman) to get revenge on ruthless crime boss Doyle Lonnegan (Robert Shaw). Hooker and Gondorff set about executing a plan so elaborate that Lonnegan doesn’t even realize he’s been duped. But as the massive fraud is uncovered, things don’t go according to plan, and the intrepid duo are forced to improvise at the last minute.
