The Lion King Movie Story
This Disney animated film follows the adventures of Simba (Jonathan Taylor Thomas), a young lion who is the heir to his father Mufasa (James Earl Jones). Simba’s evil uncle Scar (Jeremy Irons) plots to lure father and son into a stampede of wildebeest and usurp Mufasa’s throne. Simba escapes, only for Mufasa to be killed. Simba returns as an adult (Matthew Broderick) and, with the help of his friends Timon (Nathan Lane) and Pumbaa (Ernie Sabella), reclaims his home from Scar.
