Rain Man Movie Story
Car dealer Charlie Babbitt (Tom Cruise) returns to Cincinnati after his estranged father dies. There, he learns that he has an autistic brother named Raymond (Dustin Hoffman) and that his father’s $3 million estate will be left to the psychiatric hospital where Raymond is hospitalized. Driven by his father’s money, Charlie releases Raymond from the institution and returns with him to Los Angeles. The brothers’ journey across the country ultimately changes both their lives.
